Work rows 1–3 once, then repeat rows 2 + 3.

Post Stitch Pattern
Any number of stitches.
Row 1: dc, working 3 turning ch instead of the first dc.
Row 2: back post double crochet (BPdc) (= dc, inserting the hook from back to front around the dc of the previous row). Work 2 turning ch instead of the first BPdc of the row.
Row 3: front post double crochet (FPdc) (= dc, inserting the hook from front to back around the dc of the previous row). Work 2 turning ch instead of the first FPdc of the row.
Work rows 1–3 once, then repeat rows 2 + 3.
Chain Collar
The chain collar is made of separate links. For the 1st link, make a chain of 8 ch + 3 turning ch and work in the post stitch pattern. After 19 cm = 21 rows from the starting row, finish off and sew the starting and ending rows together. Work the following links the same way, but before sewing, thread each one through the previous link. Make 10 (10) 11 links in total and join them into a ring. To do this, thread the last link through the 1st link before sewing.
Gauge
23 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm in lace pattern.
