Coming from Slavic folk amulet tradition, this checkerboard pattern of swirling crosses and diamonds once adorned cradles throughout the region. Its repeating motifs were believed to grant infants peaceful rest and joy, warding off the evil eye, all rendered across blue, gold and pale squares.
Символ Радинец – Обереговый Небесный Символ. Изображался на люльках и колыбелях, в которых спали новорожденные дети.
Считается, что Радинец дает малым детям Радость и умиротворение, а также защищает их от сглаза и призраков.
