Instructions
Back Panel of the Skirt
Make a chain of 77 (83) 93 ch + 2 turning ch and work in the main pattern.
For the side shaping, increase 1 st on both sides every 7th row from the starting row 8 times (every 5th row 11 times), every 6th row 10 times, following the pattern = 93 (105) 113 sts.
After 48 cm = 66 rows from the starting row (or once the desired length is reached), finish the piece.
Front Panel of the Skirt
Work the same as the back panel.
Finishing
Sew the right side seam. Edge the lower border with the edging, working 183 stitches in row 1 = 12 repeats + starting and ending stitches (211 sts = 14 repeats + starting and ending stitches) 225 sts = 15 repeats + starting and ending stitches.
Then work the flower border twice, about 84 (92) 102 and 97 (111) 117 cm long, the lattice border once, about 93 (105) 110 cm long, and the fan border once, about 107 (111) 117 cm long. Check the length by laying the border against the skirt!
Sew the borders onto the skirt following the schematic and photo.
Sew the left side seam.
Make a 5-strand cord (finished length about 120 (128) 136 cm) and thread it through the stitches of row 3.
