Patterns and Charts
Pattern 1
Sc = begin each row/round with 1 ch instead of the first sc and end each round with 1 sl st into the turning chain.
Pattern 2
Crochet pattern worked over 10 sts. Work according to the chart, turning rows as indicated. Begin with the stitches before the repeat, repeat the repeat continuously, and finish with the stitches after the repeat. Work rows 1-5 once, then repeat rows 2-5 continuously.

Gauge
Pattern 2 (4.5 mm hook with beige yarn or 5 mm hook with ochre yarn): 15.5 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm,
pattern 1: 18.5 sts = 10 cm.
Attention! The stitch count in pattern 2 varies, so we recommend making a full-size pattern of the upper back and front according to the given measurements, periodically laying the work against it, and adjusting the decreases.
Schematic

Instructions
Upper Back
With beige yarn and a 4.5 mm hook, make a chain of 71 (81) 91 sts + 1 turning chain and work in pattern 2.
After 10 cm from the starting row, decrease for the armholes by 6 (7) 8 cm on both sides according to the full-size schematic.
After 16 (18) 20 cm from the start of the armhole shaping, decrease for the back neckline over the middle 26 (28) 30 cm according to the full-size schematic. Finish the shoulders separately.
After 18 (20) 22 cm from the start of the armhole shaping, finish the piece.
Upper Front
Work as for the upper back, but with a deeper neckline. To do this, after 6 (8) 10 cm from the start of the armhole shaping, decrease for the front neckline over the middle 26 (28) 30 cm according to the full-size schematic.
Finish the shoulders separately. Finish the piece at the same height as the upper back.
Lower Back
On the starting row of the upper back, using a 5 mm hook and ochre yarn, work in pattern 2 = 71 (81) 91 sts. After 50 cm from the start of the lower back, finish the piece.
Lower Front
Work the same as the lower back.
Casing
With a 5 mm hook and ochre yarn, make a chain of 160 (180) 200 sts and work in pattern 1. After 1.5 cm from the starting row, finish the piece.
Finishing
Lightly dampen the pieces, stretch them to the measurements given in the schematic, and leave to dry completely.
Sew the shoulder and side seams. Work 2 rounds of sc around the neckline and armholes with a 5 mm hook and ochre yarn, easing in the armholes slightly. Sew the casing to the join between the upper and lower parts, leaving 6 cm open at the center front.
For the cord, using a 4.5 mm hook and yellow yarn, make a chain about 140 (150) 160 cm long and work 1 row of sc around it. Thread the cord through the casing.
When finished, lightly steam all the seams.
