Stitch Patterns and Charts
Ribbing
Row 1: Ch 3, then work dc,
Row 2: Ch 2, then work front post double crochet (FPdc) (= dc worked by inserting the hook from front to back around the corresponding dc of the previous row),
Row 3: Ch 2, then work back post double crochet (BPdc) (= dc worked by inserting the hook from back to front around the corresponding dc of the previous row).
Work rows 1-3 once, then repeat rows 2-3 continuously.
Stripe Sequence 1
1 row each: orange, * eggplant, yellow, bright pink, gray-blue, light green; repeat from * continuously.
Zigzag Stitch Pattern
The number of stitches in the starting row is a multiple of 20.
Work in rounds according to the chart. Begin with the stitches before repeat A, repeat repeat A continuously, and end with the stitches after repeat A.
Work rounds 1-4 once, then repeat rounds 3-4 continuously, working the transition between rounds according to the chart. Finish with rounds 5-7 of repeat B.
Starting from round 2, work dc or tr continuously around the chain of the previous round.
Important! The stitches before and after repeat A or B are marked in the text accordingly as part of the repeat.

Stripe Sequence 2
2 rounds orange,
1 round eggplant,
* 2 rounds each yellow and bright pink,
1 round gray-blue,
2 rounds each light green * and orange,
1 round eggplant, repeat from * to * once = 20 rounds, finish with rounds 5-7 according to the chart in orange = 23 rounds.
Straps
Make 2 pieces.
With orange yarn, make a chain 42 cm long, work 1 row of dc in orange and 1 row of front post double crochet (FPdc) in bright pink.
Gauge
22 sts x 13.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in ribbing with a 3 mm hook,
23 sts x 8 rounds = 10 x 10 cm, worked in zigzag stitch pattern with a 4 mm hook.

Instructions
Right Side (as Worn) of the Bodice
With a 3 mm hook and orange yarn, chain 37 (39) + 3 turning ch and work in ribbing following stripe sequence 1.
After 9 cm = 12 rows (9.5 cm = 13 rows) from the starting row, leave 20 (21) sts unworked at the right edge of the piece, and after 18 cm = 24 rows (19 cm = 26 rows) from the starting row, finish the work on the remaining 17 (18) sts.
Left Side of the Bodice
Work as a mirror image.
Lower Part
With a 4 mm hook and orange yarn, chain 240 (260) sts and join with a sl st to form a ring. Continue working in the zigzag stitch pattern following stripe sequence 2 = 12 (13) repeats.
To shape, decrease 2 sts in each repeat on round 11 from the starting round. To do this, skip 1 ch on each side of the middle of the zigzag = 216 (234) sts.
After 25 cm = 20 rounds from the starting round, work rounds 5-7 and finish the piece = total height 28.5 cm.
Finishing
Sew the bodice pieces together, matching the markers (* with *) on the schematic.
Sew the bodice pieces to the top edge of the lower part along the newly formed edge. First, determine the side seams (the transition between rounds = left side seam as worn) and the center front.
Sew the bodice pieces 1 cm from the center.
Edge the bodice pieces and the center front with bright pink yarn: 1 row of sc and 1 row of reverse single crochet (= sc worked from left to right).
Sew the straps under the top corners of the bodice pieces, cross them at the back, and after fitting, determine the length and attachment point. Sew the straps accordingly under the edge of the lower part.
Sew beads onto the front between the bodice pieces.
