Stitch Patterns and Charts
Double Crochet with Attachment Loop
Chain 4, yarn over, insert the hook into the 1st chain and pull up a loop, work it off with a yarn over, then, as for a regular dc, work off 2 loops twice.
For each new dc, yarn over and insert the hook into the attachment loop of the previous dc with attachment loop.
Lacy Pattern
Work back and forth in rows following the chart.
Instead of the 1st dc in each row, work 3 turning chains; instead of the starting chain, work a dc with attachment loop.
Across the width, work 2 motifs before the 1st arrow, then repeat 3 motifs between the arrows, and finish with 2 motifs after the 2nd arrow.
In height, work rows 1 through 4 once, then repeat rows 3 and 4.

Fan Pattern
Work in the round following the chart.
Instead of the 1st dc in each row, work 3 turning chains; end the row with a slip stitch into the 3rd chain of the starting chain. In some cases, move to the new row with a slip stitch (see the beginning of rows 3, 5, 7, and 9).
End rows 3, 7, and 9 with 1 chain and 1 dc into the top turning chain (see the stitch marked with an arrow on the chart) instead of the last 4 chains of the row.
Across the width, repeat the pattern repeat between the arrows. In height, work rows 1-9 once, then continue repeating rows 6-9. Finish the skirt with row 10 (this row is worked only once!).

Symbol Key

Note! First work the front and back in rows back and forth, then work the skirt in rounds.

Instructions
Back
For the starting row, work 97 (106) 115 stitches with attachment loop. Then, starting with row 2, work in the lacy pattern, working 31 (34) 37 pattern repeats in each row.
After 15 cm = 14 rows from the lower edge, leave 9 sts unworked on each side for the armholes, then in every 2nd row leave 2 x 3 sts more = 67 (76) 85 sts.
At 11 (12) 13 cm = 10 (11) 12 rows from the start of the armholes, leave the center 41 (44) 47 sts unworked for the neckline and finish both sides separately.
Work 13 (16) 19 cm of shoulder plus another 8 cm = 7 rows from the start of the neckline on each side, then finish.
Front
Work as for the back, but with a deeper neckline: bind off the center 41 (44) 47 sts at 19 (20) 21 cm = 17 (18) 19 rows, then finish both sides separately.
Sleeves
For the starting row, work 61 (67) 76 stitches with attachment loop. Then, starting with row 2, work in the lacy pattern, working 19 (21) 24 pattern repeats in each row.
After 33 cm = 30 rows from the start, leave 9 sts unworked on each side for the sleeve cap, then at the end of every 5th row decrease 5 (4) 3 x 2 sts and 6 (8) 10 x 3 sts more = 15 (17) 22 sts.
After 14 (15) 16 cm = 13 (14) 15 rows from the start of the sleeve, finish.
Work the second sleeve the same way.
Finishing
Pin the pieces to the schematic, dampen, and leave to dry.
Sew the shoulder, side, and sleeve seams. Set in the sleeves.
Work 2 rounds of sc around the neckline edge, skipping the stitches at the corners.
Skirt
Work from the bodice edge in the fan pattern following the chart (the portion of the pattern shaded gray on the chart = row 1 of the bodice).
In row 1 of the skirt, work a total of 24 (26) 28 pattern repeats over 192 (208) 224 sts.
Finish after 70 cm (= following the chart: rows 1-9 worked once, rows 6-9 repeated 10 times, and row 10 worked once).
Thread the ribbon through the stitches of the front and back, as shown in the photo.
