Stitch Patterns and Charts
Main Pattern
Single crochet (sc). Begin each row with 1 turning chain and end with 1 sc in the turning chain of the previous row.
Lace Pattern
The number of stitches in the starting row is a multiple of 38.
Work in rounds following the chart. Begin each round with the number of turning chains indicated on the chart and end with 1 sl st into the last turning chain.
Work rows 1-4 once, then repeat rows 3 + 4 continuously.

Ribbing
Row 1: 3 turning chains, dc.
Row 2: 2 turning chains, back post double crochet (BPdc) (= 1 dc, inserting the hook behind the dc of the previous row from the back side).
Row 3: 2 turning chains, front post double crochet (FPdc) (= 1 dc, inserting the hook behind the dc of the previous row from the front side).
Work rows 1-3 once, then repeat rows 2 + 3 continuously.
Gauge
25.5 sts of the starting row or 23.5 sts of the pattern x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in lace pattern,
22.5 sts x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in ribbing,
21.5 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in sc.

Instructions
Lower Part
Chain 304 and join into a ring with 1 sl st = 8 repeats. Then work in rounds in the main pattern = 280 sts.
To shape, in round 8 from the starting row, work the first and last dc of each group marked with the letter A together (= 16 decreased sts in each round of decreasing) = 264 sts. Work these decrease rounds 4 more times, every 8th round = 200 sts.
After 39 cm = 51 rows from the starting row, work in sc, decreasing 36 sts evenly in the 1st round = 164 sts.
After 4 cm of working in sc, finish the piece.
Left Upper Front Part
Chain 18 + 3 turning chains and work in ribbing.
After 8 cm from the starting row, pick up an additional 18 chains along the left edge and work in ribbing.
After 16 cm from the starting row, finish the piece.
Right Upper Front Part
Work the same as the left part, but mirrored.
Finishing
Mark the center front at the top edge of the lower part. On the sc of the back half, work 5 cm more in sc, working back and forth in rows (= back yoke).
For the right center band of the upper front part, work 5 sts in ribbing to the right of the marker. After 15.5 cm, finish the piece.
Work the left center band of the upper front part mirrored.
Sew the seams of the upper front part (see marks * on the schematic).
Sew the upper part between the bands and the back yoke, easing in the width slightly.
Sew the back yoke at the sides, and the center bands to the upper front part. Sew the bands of the upper front part along the center front line for 3 cm.
For the 2 outer bands of the upper front part, chain 5 + 3 turning chains and work in ribbing.
After 35 cm from the starting row, finish the piece.
Sew the bands, starting from the center back, to the upper edges of the back yoke and the side edge of the upper front part.
Now continue both bands in ribbing to work the straps (= 10 sts).
When the strap measures 2 cm, decrease on both sides every 2nd row 3 times by 1 st for shaping. To do this, work 2 dc together.
After 43 cm, finish the piece with 4 sts remaining.
Sew the seam of the bands along the center back line.
Sew the tulle ribbon onto the sc of the front, tucking under the beginning and end of the ribbon.
