Patterns and Charts
Bands
Make a chain of ch + 3 turning ch, work 1 row of dc, 1 turning ch, and 1 row of sc.
Flowers 1-7
Work according to charts 1-7 in rounds. To do this, make chains of ch as shown in the chart and join into a ring with 1 sl st.
Begin each round with the starting chains shown in the chart and end with 1 sl st.
Work the given rounds once. When changing color, start with a new strand, working 1 sl st.

Strip
Make a chain as shown in the chart and join it into a ring with 1 sl st.
Round 1: 3 turning ch in place of the first dc, then work dc and end the round with 1 sl st into the 3rd turning ch.
Round 2: 1 extra turning ch, then work sc and end the round
with 1 sl st into the first sc of the round.
Border
The starting number of stitches is a multiple of 6.
Work according to the chart for 8 rounds. Repeat the pattern repeat continuously, working the round transition as shown in the chart.
Work round 1 + round 2 once, working round 2 by crocheting around the chain arches of round 1 following the arrows.

2 rounds in blue-green, 1 round in mint.
Color Sequence 2
2 rounds in mint, 1 round in blue-green.

Gauge
Strip and border (4 mm hook): 18 sts = 10 cm; flower diameters: flower 1 = 6 cm, flower 2 = 5 cm, flower 3 = 4.5 cm, flower 4 = 5.5 cm, flower 5 = 5.5 cm, flower 6 = 5.5 cm, flower 7 = 4.5 cm.
Note! First make the flower chains, then join them together using the strips. The schematic measurements were partly obtained by measuring the sample garment.

Instructions
Make 14 (16) of flower 1 following color sequence 1, joining the flowers into a chain at the points marked with arrows starting from the 2nd motif, and closing the last motif into a ring.
Make:
17 (19) of flower 2 following color sequence 2,
19 (22) of flower 3 in blue-green,
16 (18) of flower 4 following color sequence 3,
16 (18) of flower 5 in turquoise,
20 (22) of flower 6 following color sequence 4,
24 (27) of flower 7 following color sequence 5,
20 (22) of flower 2 following color sequence 6, and close into rings the same way as flower 1.
Finishing
For the joining strips and the neckline band, work in light green: 6 strips of 152 (173) sts (= strip A) and 1 strip each of 182 (203) sts (= strip B), 160 (180) sts (= strip C), and 130 (137) sts (= strip D).
Arrange the strips and flower rings according to the schematic and join the flowers to the strips at the points marked with T-shaped arrows, making sure the flowers are attached to the strips at even intervals.
For the armholes, do not join 3 flowers of each chain with flowers 6 to the strip below; the remaining 7 (8) flowers each belong to the front and back.
Crochet the border around the bottom strip in mint, skipping 2 x 1 st = 156 sts or 26 repeats in round 1 (increase 1 st = 174 sts or 29 repeats).
