Patterns and Charts
Main Pattern 1
The number of chain stitches in the starting chain is a multiple of 6 + 1 ch.
Work according to Chart 1 on the starting chain. Instead of the first dc of each row, work 3 turning chains. At the start of a row of sc, work 1 extra chain.
Widthwise, start with the stitches before the repeat, work the repeat continuously, and end with the stitches after the repeat.
Lengthwise, work rows 1-5 once, then repeat rows 2-5 continuously.
Main Pattern 2
On the starting chain, work sc; in row 1, work the first sc into the 2nd chain from the hook. Turn each following row with 1 extra chain.
Flowers
With white yarn, make a starting chain of 10 ch and join into a ring with 1 sl st. Continue working according to Chart 2.
Instead of the first stitch of each round, work the number of chains indicated on the chart. End each round with 1 sl st into the corresponding starting stitch.
Work rounds 1-3 once. Then cut the yarn.
For the flower center, attach silver yarn at the point marked with arrow A, and work 1 sc into each tr stitch. Then cut the yarn.

Gauge
35 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in Main Pattern 1,
35 sts x 38 rows = 10 x 10 cm, worked in Main Pattern 2.
Instructions
Front Panel
With silver yarn, make a starting chain of 91 ch + 3 turning chains instead of the first dc, and work in Main Pattern 1 = 91 sts.
After 21 cm = 25 rows from the starting row, work 1 row of dc (= 1 dc into each stitch), then finish with 1 row of sc. Then cut the yarn.
At a distance of 4 cm from the side edges, attach silver yarn for the loops and work 6 sts in Main Pattern 2. After 5 rows, cut the yarn.
Back Panel
Work the same as the front panel.
Side Panels and Bottom
Make a starting chain of 21 ch + 1 turning chain, then work in Main Pattern 2 = 21 sts. After 70 cm from the starting row, cut the yarn.
Finishing
Make 18 flowers. Sew 9 flowers each onto the front and back panels of the bag.
Join the side panels and bottom to the front and back with sc.
Wrap the loops around the handle rings and sew them to the bag.
