For the pocket opening, after 6.5 cm = 9 rows from the starting row, work the center 18 sts in light green yarn on the next right-side row. On the next wrong-side row, leave the light green sts and instead continue working on the pocket lining sts.

Work the armhole decreases along the right edge as for the back = 29 (33) 37 sts.

After 36 cm from the starting row, bind off 11 (12) 12 sts along the left edge for the neckline.

For the inner edge shaping, bind off 3 x 1 st in every row.

On the remaining 15 (18)

22 shoulder sts, fasten off at the same height as the back.

Right Front

After 1.5 cm = 2 rows from the starting row, continue with light gray yarn.

After 7 cm from the starting row, increase 1 st on both sides for the sleeve shaping, then alternately in every 4th and 6th row increase another 10 x 1 st = 55 (57) 59 sts.

Finishing

Sew the seams and set in the sleeves.

Sew the pocket linings to the wrong side of the fronts.

For the upper pocket flaps, work 13 hdc onto the fronts in pink yarn, inserting the hook once more into the corresponding stitches from the right side of the work.

Position the pocket flaps 4 rows below the start of the neckline and 12 sts away from the front edges. Sew the flaps in place along the sides.

Edge the front bands and the neckline with 1 row of sc in light green yarn (72 sts along each front band, 40 sts along each front neckline edge, 23 sts along the back neckline edge), then 1 row of shells in pink yarn, ending the row with 1 sc.

Sew buttons spaced 2 shells apart onto the left front band. Use the holes in the shell row as buttonholes.

For the tie, work a chain of the desired length with doubled light green yarn and thread it through 2 cm above the pocket flaps.
