Head circumference: 56 cm.
You will need:
- ATELIER ZITRON Mixx yarn, 250 g (65% merino wool, 35% polyacrylic, 80 m/50 g), color #800;
- bamboo Profi 5 mm needles;
- set of 4 mm needles.
Hollow rib: * k1, sl 1 purlwise with yarn in front, repeat from *.
1×1 rib: alternate k1, p1.
Stockinette stitch: knit every round in the round.
Gauge, stockinette stitch, 4 mm needles: 14 sts and 23 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Hat
Instructions: Using 4 mm needles and a waste yarn, cast on 64 sts, distribute them over 4 needles, join in the round, and knit 2 rows. Switch to the main yarn and work 52 rows in stockinette stitch. Then decrease 13×2 sts every 3rd row. Pull the remaining stitches together tightly. Remove the waste yarn, transfer the stitches onto 4 needles, and knit 14 rows in rib. Bind off loosely without pulling the edge tight. Make a pompom and sew it onto the hat.
Scarf
Instructions: Cast on 31 sts on NB 5 needles and work as follows: 3 sts hollow rib, 25 sts 1×1 rib, 3 sts hollow rib. Work 180 rows and bind off. Gather the short ends of the scarf and sew on pompoms.
