You will need:
- 300 g of Neone de Pingouine yarn in copper color;
- 150 cm of matching silk ribbon;
- size 4 mm crochet hook.
Crocheting the Top
Instructions: Foundation = chain 78 cm long, work in the round, and after 8 cm work in double crochet (dc). Mentally divide the piece into front and back, marking the sides. From this point, decrease 1 stitch on each side. Continue this way for another 13 cm. Change the pattern to openwork double crochet. After working one row, work the section marked “repeat,” increasing 1 stitch on each side every row. Continue like this for 32 cm. Finish by edging the bottom with the border pattern.
STRAPS: On each side of the marked sides, measure 4 cm for the armhole. Work the straps in openwork stitch for 40 cm. Edge each strap with openwork stitch, plus the front and back sections between the straps. Thread the ribbon along the border between the openwork section and the double crochet section.
