To get started, you will need a few essential craft supplies: colored seed beads, thicker base wire for the stems, colored craft wire for the petals and leaves, floral tape, and alabaster (or plaster of Paris) to secure your finished flowers in a small pot.
The lesson begins with creating the first flower—the violet. First, you need to string the purple seed beads onto a matching purple wire. For convenience and to prevent spills, it is highly recommended to use a deep container or a bead spinner. This simple trick will make the stringing process significantly easier and much faster.
The violet arrangement we are making consists of seven small blossoms. To string the required amount of beads for this entire composition, you will need approximately five meters of wire. Next, make a small bend at the end of the wire and slide five beads down to it. The wire is then cut at a distance of 10-15 cm (4-6 inches). This creates the starting base for a single petal.
